That is what this service is for. We sit down with you, look at a real problem and work out how AI could help. We keep the advice clear and tied to your work.

Bring the thing you want to fix

You do not need a finished plan or any technical knowledge. Start with a task that takes too much time, an idea you want to build or a tool you cannot get working.

For example:

You keep writing the same emails and want help with the first draft.
You want to turn your notes into useful posts for your business.
Your team copies information between tools and you want to cut that work down.
You have an idea for an app and want to know how to start.
You are paying for several AI tools and are not sure which ones you need.

We start with what you need done. Then we look at the tools.

We work through it with you

First, we look at how you do the task now. What takes the most time? What goes wrong? Which parts need your judgement?

Then we work through where AI could help. That may mean choosing a tool, changing a process or planning something that needs to be built.

If there is a useful step we can take in the session, we work on it together. You can see what we are doing and ask questions as we go.

Know what to do next

You should leave with a clear idea of what is worth trying, what it needs and what your next step is. We also explain where you still need a person to check the work.

We will not tell you to add AI to a task just for the sake of it. If a simple change would solve the problem, that is worth knowing too.
